Processing your work made simple and secure
Upon successful registration, log in to your account. Click My Transactions My Transactions. Then, click on the service you are availing of in New Job Request New Job Request. Fill out the fields for the branch of study or field and the sub-field of the work you want serviced. You may also include special instructions for the work you want done. Finally, click Checkout.
You will be redirected to our payment partner’s page. There, kindly fill in the necessary details to settle the transaction. Please ensure that you wait for the Stripe payment page to redirect you back to the AuthorMate™ website to fully complete the payment process.
Upon successful payment, you will receive an invoice and receipt for your transaction. We will then start processing your request.
The final output will be delivered to you on the committed due date.

For Language Editing services, we prefer Microsoft Word documents, but we can accept other file formats such as Adobe PDF, TeX, and LaTeX. We would then convert the file into a Word document so our editorial work could begin. Your edited manuscript will be sent to you in Word format with the track-changes feature. Note that TeX and LaTeX conversion is a separate service and will be charged a fee. For more details, please refer to write-ups about our services.
For Artwork services, we accept files in DOCX, PPTX, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, EPS, AI, PSD, PDF, or any Microsoft Office files, image files, and Adobe files.
For LaTeX Conversion and LaTeX Author Support services, we accept LaTeX and Tex files.
For indexing services, we accept Word and PDF formats.
If you have created your manuscript using another format and would like to know if we can process your manuscript using that format, please contact us.
AuthorMate™ will process one service request at a time.
For example, you would like to avail of both our LaTeX Conversion and Language Editing services. You may begin the transaction by uploading your LaTeX package and selecting the LaTeX Conversion service. Upon receiving the converted file based on the agreed turnaround time, you may make some final edits to your document and re-upload it to request our Language Editing service.

AuthorMate™ uses a counting logic to determine the total number of words in your work. Words include editable units in a manuscript. For Language Editing services, for example, non-editable units within the document, like pasted images, are not included in unit counting. This same counting logic is applied to our Indexing services.
Yes. Please ensure that your file reaches our minimum service price of $20.
Please ensure that your card is active and updated. Upon entering your card details in Stripe’s payment page, it is important to wait to be redirected back to AuthorMate™ upon successful payment in Stripe to guarantee our safe receipt of your files and the processing of your request.
While it is our goal and obligation to correct and refine your scholarly, scientific, technical, or medical manuscript, we cannot make any guarantees about the acceptance of your document once we have processed it for you.
Acceptance of your manuscript lies solely within the domain of the peer review group and/or editor of the publication that you have submitted it to. Further, we are unable to make any judgment regarding the quality of your manuscript's content or the possibility of its acceptance by a particular publication.
First, make sure that you are a registered user and that you have logged into your personal account. Next, make sure that your document complies with one of our accepted document types. If the document you are attempting to upload is an MS Word, TeX or LaTeX, PPTX, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, EPS, AI, PSD, PDF and are still experiencing difficulties, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
AuthorMate™ does not have a file size limit for uploads. Please note, however, that larger files may take longer to upload as AuthorMate™ has a scanning system to ensure that we only accept files free of any threats. For Artwork Services, LaTeX Conversion and LaTeX Support files, you may send these as compressed folders.
Both credit and debit cards are accepted as payment options through Stripe, our payment partner. We also cater to wire tranfers. Please contact email@example.com for this particular payment arrangement.
Submitting your file(s) is easy.
- First, register on our website. You will be asked to fill out an online registration form.
- After submitting the completed registration form, you will be sent an email that includes a link to click on to access your newly created account.
- Once you have successfully created a user account, you may start submitting your file(s) for service. Go to My Transactions and select the service you want to avail of.
Alternatively, you can tell us if you are a new customer or a returning one.
- New Customer? Simply click on the Register link to set up your personal account. Follow the steps for registration as detailed above.
- Returning Customer? Simply click on the Login link, enter your email address and password, and you will immediately gain access to your existing account.
Once you have successfully logged in to your personal account, you may now click on My Transactions and select the service you want to avail of. While there, select the file to be uploaded from your hard drive and click on Checkout.
Yes. After the successful payment of your transaction through Stripe, you will receive an invoice as well as a receipt in your registered email account.
Once you click Checkout upon uploading your file(s), you will be redirected to our payment partner to settle the transaction you are requesting for. You will also receive a message in your registered email address for the official quotation of your requested service(s). You will find the same payment link for your requested job in this email. Once payment has been made, you will receive an invoice and receipt from Stripe, and we will immediately start processing your request. The final output will be delivered to you based on the due date published on the Turnaround Times page.
AuthorMate™ operates in the GMT+8 time zone.
You need to log in your details on our website. Select your name on the top right side, select My Transactions, and then choose My Request. A list of your requests will appear on this page.
Log in to your account by providing your user name, which is your registered email address, and your password. As a second factor authentication, you are also required to input the OTP sent to your registered email address to successfully access your account. After successfully logging on, select your name on the top-right side of the page and click on Account Settings. Then, choose Change Password.
In the login page, select the option Forgot Password. You will be asked to input your registered email address, where a password reset link will be sent.
For LaTeX Conversion and LaTeX Support requests, please ensure that all components called out in your LaTeX file are included in the package you will upload. This will minimize holdover times on the turnaround of your processed files.
